Very spacious and comfortable, the apartment is on two floors connected by an internal staircase one highlight.
Its location at the center of the farm allows you to reach all the services with ease and make friends with the neighbors.

Interior Ground Floor

• Living room (Two armchairs, wood stove ceramic perfect during spring or winter)
• Bathroom with shower
• Spacious and equipped kitchen (4 gas hobs, two sinks, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove, wooden table with 5 chairs).

Inside First Floor

• Double bedroom with matrimonial bedrooms or 2 singles on request (large closet and air conditioning*), possible to add a baby bed.
• Large Room with 2 single beds (or one double if necessary), one bunk bed, closet and air-conditioning*.
• *ECO Range Heat Pump Hot/Cold, connected to electricity production with photovoltaic, for air conditioning in summer and heating in winter.
• Bathroom with shower.

Outside

• Feature Terrace covered in rustic Tuscan style accessible from the kitchen (table and 5 chairs).
• Cover pergola at the entrance.
