The easy access to the large lawn in front makes it perfect for playing and enjoying the Tuscan sun.
Completely independent, the cottage is on two levels:
GROUND FLOOR
- large living room (sofa bed for 2 persons, 2 armchairs, display cabinet, sideboard, wood stove for spring or autumn).

- large well equipped kitchen (4 gas hobs, 2 sinks, dishwasher, fridge, electric oven, marble table with 3 chairs).

FIRST FLOOR
- double bedroom (a canopy bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers) and 2 additional opening sofa-bed if required.
