Il Podere is located in the heart of an organic farm located on the Strada del Vino, where it produces an excellent extra virgin olive oil, as well as seasonal vegetables, preserves, limoncello, dried fruit, aromatic plants and medicinal … In addition there are typical local products (wine, grappa, cheese, meat, salami, honey …) from carefully selected local organic farms.

“From the garden to the table”: with joy and satisfaction, we bring freshly picked vegetables and quality food to the table, which, passing from the creative hands of our cook, become tasty dishes with an unmistakable flavor.
Breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks can be enjoyed in a romantic atmosphere, both outdoors, in an articulated garden provided with orangeries, pavilions, and pergolas … that in the internal rooms of the farm, with the unfailing “focarile” in a typically Tuscan setting.

Themed gastronomic events, inspired by agricultural production according to seasonality, will sometimes be accompanied by artistic and cultural events of various kinds; especially from the beginning of spring to the early autumn, these activities will take place outdoors, enlivening the sounds and shapes of the garden, immersed in a campaign organized in terraces and surrounded by scenes of oaks, in a picturesque setting.
